Olivia’s life-long passion for food, wine and culture has taken her on a global journey of discovery. Specialising in food and wine for more than ten years, Olivia’s high profile roles internationally include Ambassador for Australia – food, wine and tourism, TV presenter, journalist, restaurant critic, as well as winning Miss Australia and the international title of Miss World People’s Choice.

Holding a Masters Degree in Gastronomy as well as international qualifications with the Swiss Hotel Association, Le Cordon Bleu and in linguistics – Olivia’s impressive credentials also span across being selected as a Le Cordon Bleu judge as well as dining at many of the world’s best restaurants – current favourites include Fat Duck, Per Se and interviewing at The French Laundry, Chef Thomas Keller… with her enthusiasm to discover and share such gastronomic experiences, Olivia is delighted to have been selected to join Galaxy Guides International and Australian Reviewing Panel and is now reviewing the top restaurants, food markets and wine regions throughout Europe and Australia.

Amongst her most notable gastronomic achievements, Olivia set up South Australia’s first state wine festival in 2011, the Cellar Door Wine Festival – showcasing 100+ wineries and launched Wine Australia’s first A+ Australian Wine Master Classes in the world. Following the success of this now annual state event, Olivia accepted a newly created position as Penfolds Brand Community Manager – integrating Australia’s top restaurants and world’s leading winemakers, while establishing Penfolds Kalimna’s luxury events, club program and website for Australia.

In television, Olivia has hosted several lifestyle series including Channel 7’s food, wine and travel TV series Sumptuous, Australian Fashion Week web TV series for ninemsn, Channel 7’s food and wine presenter for Discover, News Limited’s top rating web TV series The O List for Adelaide Now – getting the inside scoop at all the top festivals, VIP events and parties, Channel 9’s Australian Poker Hero, Channel 9’s Getaway, and in Asia, Bon Voyage – a popular travel series televised in 25 countries.

Olivia’s fresh and upfront style has resulted in her interviewing a long list of celebrities – Fergie, Dita Von Teese, The Veronicas, UK’s Trinny and Susannah, supermodels Tara Moss and Miranda Kerr, Australia’s top fashion designers, politicians, international food and wine legends… to even the ‘dirtiest girl in porn’ Bella Donna.

In print media, Olivia worked with News Limited for two years as the Social Editor for the Sunday Mail, covering 15 events weekly in her popular two double-page spread for The O List which boasted a readership of 700,000+ people each week. Olivia also featured on-line as a regular guest blogger for Adelaide Now, always drawing an impressive following with her thought provoking and quirky blogs… and following this, chosen as a contributor along side of Hollywood actress Teresa Palmer for the 2010 Cosmo’s Little Black Book.

Olivia is in demand as an MC and has been ‘the face’ and presenter of many events and campaigns including the Adelaide Cup Racing Carnival, SA Lotteries Saturday Lotto, Sunday Mail Citi-Bay, Ambassador for the RSPCA Million Paws Walk and Ambassador for Camp Quality’s Chandon Supper Club.

A professional model for more than two decades, Olivia has appeared in countless campaigns including TV commercials here in Australia and overseas for the likes of Dilmah Tea, Samsung, Antz Pantz as well as, in the Outback, the Tourism Commission’s ‘Adventure’ campaign in the Flinders Ranges with four-wheel driving across extreme rugged terrain, mountain biking, horse riding and sampling bush tucker.

As a result of Olivia’s vibrant personality, she has won many accolades including Miss Australia, the international title of Miss World People’s Choice in front of a television audience of 2.8 billion viewers, Hottest on TV in Australia on-line vote, SA Great State Ambassador, countless charity ambassadorial roles and, in sport, State and National Champion titles for horse riding.

In her free time Olivia enjoys travelling, discovering new foodie haunts and cooking for her friends and family.
